Breast reduction exercise

Is there any such thing as breast reduction exercises?? No…..not really….but there is some good news…..

The good news is that if you are above a normal weight range then a regular exercise program will not only reduce your weight but will result in a smaller bust size.

How? Breasts are made up of 80% fat, so it makes sense that as you reduce your fat levels then your breasts will also reduce.

Have you ever seen an Olympic athlete with large breasts?

The bad news is that if you are already at or below a normal weight range then exercise won’t really make your bust size any smaller. And there really are no guaranteed breast reduction exercises.

However……..there are exercises that can be done which will enhance the shape of your breasts and delay breast sag.

Underneath your breast there is a large fan shaped muscle called the Pectoralis Major. It starts at the breastbone and is attached to the collarbone. By focusing on this muscle you will build better support for your breasts.

Whether you have an exercise program or not, incorporate these exercises into your life and see the difference they make to the appearance of your breasts.

Exercise 1 – Push Ups

The is the simplest, most cost effective exercise that you can do that will have an impact on your chest muscles.

  1. Lie flat on the floor with your hands next to your shoulders.
  2. Push yourself up onto your knees.
  3. Pull in your stomach muscles and keep your body in a straight line.
  4. Lower yourself back down to the ground and just before your body touches the ground push yourself back up.

Exercise 2 – Chest press

  1. Using light weights, lie flat on a workout bench, keeping your feet flat on the ground.
  2. Hold the weights directly over your chest with your elbows bent at 90 degrees.
  3. Slowly press your arms straight up, but don’t lock your elbows, keep them soft.
  4. Hold for a moment.
  5. Slowly lower your arms back down to the starting position.

This exercise can also be done if you are just lying on the floor.

Exercise 3 – Chest fly

  1. Using light weights, lie flat on a workout bench, keeping your feet firmly on the ground.
  2. Hold the weights up in the air above your chest with your palms facing in.
  3. Slowly lower the weights out to the side in an arc movement with your elbows slightly bent.
  4. Stop at shoulder level and hold for a moment.
  5. Slowly raise your arms back to the starting position.

Exercise 4 – Pullover

  1. Using a light weight, stand with your legs shoulder width apart.
  2. Hold the weight in both hands above your head.
  3. Slowly lower the weight behind your head as far as you are comfortable.
  4. Hold for a moment and slowly lift the weight back up to the starting position.

Beginners: 1 – 2 sets of 12 – 16 repetitions 3 times per week

Advanced: 2 – 3sets of 12 – 16 repetitions 3 times per week

Weights: You need the weights to be light enough for you to lift but heavy enough that it is hard work by the time you get to end of the repetitions!

These exercises can also be done on an incline bench to add more difficulty.
If you are going to exercise make sure that you are wearing the appropriate sports bra to support you.
Make sure that you consult a doctor before starting any kind of exercise program and if it hurts….stop!!

Breast Firming Exercise

For most of the women, bust line is a priced possession which actually complements their personality & looks. However, all women don’t have fuller breasts and many of them lose their firmness after the phase of breast feeding. Moreover, it is not necessary to rely on the expensive lotions, serums and creams that are available in the markets to tone, lift or firm your breasts. Instead you can trust upon exercises that are absolutely natural and proven way to tone and firm-up bust. Many people are of the view that exercising can make the breasts smaller, although it is not true.

Breast and chest spot-toning and firming exercises are especially helpful for women who have breast fed, and women who have sagging breasts that have lost tone and firmness over time.

Here are some of the exercises you can do to enhance the shape, lift and tone of your breasts. Not only will they help reshape your bustline, they are excellent muscle conditioning and strengthening exercises for the chest area.

The “fly” or butterfly with 2-3 lb. weights. Lie on your back with your arms extended out to the sides of your body. Lift both arms (with weights) off of the floor simultaneously to the point of a “V” in front of your face. Repeat 10-15 times.

Modified push ups. Doing a modified push up, on your knees, with arms extended out toward the sides or your body is an excellent breast toning and firming exercise. Be sure the angle of the push up is working the side of your arms where the arm meets the breast, as well as squeezing the pectoral muscles gently with each repetition.

Extend your arm in front of your body, at a ninety degree angle to your midsection. Take your other arm and gently squeeze the extended arm into your chest, feeling the side of the breast (pectoral) muscle squeezing. Repeat ten times on each side.

Any time you are at your desk or sitting, a great refresher as well as an excellent bust enhancing exercise is to gently squeeze both arms into the sides of the breasts, feeling the side of the pectoral muscle contract gently. Hold for a few seconds. This exercise is a great re-energizer for those with desk jobs and can be done discreetly and frequently, virtually unnoticed.

Moderate massage.  You can help to enhance the elasticity and firmness of your breast by applying massage techniques and gently massaging the breasts, especially if you combine this with what we recommend as an excellent breast firming serum called Benefil, which enhances firmness and shape, while helping to lift and contour the natural shape of the breast over time.

There are some that believe taking cold showers, or at least rinsing off with cold water helps to keep the breasts firm and elasticity in store, however, this doesn’t sound very pleasant to me, and I have to admit I’m a total freeze baby, so I wouldn’t try this one, but if you think it might help and aren’t such a baby as me, then go for it!
